It was so funny, on the day before her birthday, Elizabeth sang "birthday..you" over and over. And she wanted to eat her cake right away. So at the Lake the next day, as soon as everyone sang happy birthday to her, she ran off to get a plate. It was time to eat. Is she really two years old! It's not fair how fast they grow.She was a little unsure of the singing and attention, but as soon as the song was done, she was ready to eat. It was a nice day. We had a chance to spend a little more time with Doug and Christy before they headed off to Alaska. And we got to see their new baby before they left. Too bad they won't get to see our new little girl, but she has a few more weeks of growing to do. It was also good to see Keith and his wife. Brian's cousin who has been serving in the war for over a year and he is safe and home with his lady now.
